Day One Hundred Fifty. May 29. Picture # 150. I first saw this bloom a few days ago while out shooting pictures. It was tightly closed and not very interesting. Stopped by today to see if it had opened up yet. I will check back later but I am wondering how the open flower can surpass the elegant beauty of this yet to bloom flower. Canon Rebel XTI, handheld. Canon 75-300mm lens. Focal length 300mm. f/13. ISO 1600. Exposure 1/200 second.
